Fast growing IT consultancy and services provider Optimising IT has moved to new offices near Tewkesbury as its expert team continues to expand.
The company has moved into newly refurbished offices at Twigworth Court Business Centre as part of its ambitious growth plans.
For the last two years, Optimising IT had been based in flexible office space in Cheltenham, which helped to accommodate the company’s rapid growth.
But the firm wanted a more solid base the team could call home and the new premises have been designed to suit the company’s needs as well as providing easy access to clients.
Now, in addition to the office move, the company’s commercial success has been recognised in different way with success in the Gloucestershire Business Awards. Recognising Optimising IT’s rapid growth, the team has been shortlisted in the Young Business of the Year category.
“Learning we had been shortlisted for the award was great news for us as we moved into our new offices,” explains Gary Smith, Managing Director. “Our previous offices were great as we built up the business but now we are firmly established and we have got clients coming to us, we wanted offices we could truly call our own.
“We worked with local firm Abbey Business Equipment to design the internal space specifically for our requirements and we’ve installed a glass fronted office and meeting room.
“We’ve also got the room to expand further so that fits in perfectly with our plans moving forward.”
Optimising IT has doubled its turnover since it was formed three years ago and 2015/16 saw the team increase from eight to 11 people. Amongst the key business wins in the last 12 months was national property agency Bruton Knowles.
Optimising IT is a finalist in the Gloucestershire Business Awards and the winners will be announced at the awards’ dinner at the Centaur, Cheltenham Racecourse on 6th October.
